Fynd AMM – The AMM with real-time pricing
AMMs and propAMMs price blindly
When you swap 1 SPY to USDC, your DEX aggregator asks every pool: "Hey how much USDC for 1 SPY?"
The pools respond:
- Tessera: 760.65 USDC
- Uniswap: 760.82 USDC
- Aerodrome: 760.85 USDC
- NASDAQ Mid: 761.00 USD
(numbers for illustration)
So you give your trade to Aerodrome, who bid the most.
But Aerodrome bid more than it needed to. They could have bid 760.83 USDC, still beat Uniswap and Tessera and earned 2 cents extra.
Tessera did worse: it earned nothing. But 760.86 would have won the trade and made Tessera 14 cents of profit.
The problem is that AMMs & propAMMs are blind bidders: they set their price before the aggregator looks for your route.

Lower latency updates (propAMMs) and dynamic fees (some Uni v4 hooks) don't fix the problem: The pool still sets its price unaware of your trade and what other pools bid for it.
Blind-bid AMMs earn less on the trades they win and lose trades they could win.
Fynd AMM is the first last-mover AMM: it bids after it has seen every other bid.
Fynd AMM sets prices real-time to win the trade
Fynd AMM sets its price during routing, when it's clear which price wins the trade.
As an LP in Fynd AMM, you never offer too much, and never miss a profitable trade.

When Fynd and Fynd InBlock route your trade, they inform Fynd AMM what price wins the trade, and Fynd AMM then sets that price.
You get a better price, and Fynd AMM LPs win the trade and earn more fees.

Fynd AMM pools earn 2.7x the fees
Below are the last 60 ETH/USDG trades on Robinhood.
A simulated 30 bps pool would win half the trades, but miss out on 63% of the fees.
Fynd AMM charges the maximum fee that still wins on every trade (red dots), and earns 2.7x more fees.

FAQ
Is this "last look"?
No. In FX and crypto RFQ, "last look" lets a market maker see your trade after quoting and reject it if the price moved: a free option against the trader. Fynd AMM never rejects a trade. It sets its price during routing, before the trade commits, and only quotes prices it will honor. It sees the same competing quotes the router sees, so if anything it's "same look", not last look.
